TagGo App Design was a case study project designed to alleviate the inconvenience of public transport users during their commute. It offers a user-friendly interface for topping up, tagging on, and off a contactless travel card. The idea behind this app was to appeal to users by allowing them to customise it to their liking, enabling them to set up their bus routes and edit their account to view all details and the balance on their contactless card. Users can locate nearby services and track their bus route in real time. This project was undertaken as a case study during a UX/UI course I completed back in 2021
